PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on January 31, 2023, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 192nd Street and Honeysuckle Drive from AG – Agricultural District to DR – Developmental Reserve District.
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 192nd Street and Honeysuckle Drive from AG – Agricultural District to R6 – Low-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.
An ordinance to approve a PUD-Planned Unit Development Overlay District, located northwest of 192nd Street and Honeysuckle Drive, to approve the Development Plan.
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Lincoln Station, a minor plat inside city limits located northwest of 192nd Street and Honeysuckle Drive, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Lincoln Station, a minor plat inside city limits located northwest of 192nd Street and Honeysuckle Drive, is hereby approved and accepted.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and 192 Honeysuckle, LLC, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Lincoln Station (Lot 1 and Outlots A-C) and is located northwest of 192nd Street and Honeysuckle Drive.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 15469 Summerwood Drive from R4 – Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R4(35) – Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 3009 and 3011 South 84th Street.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located southeast of 204th and Wirt Streets.
An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to the PUD-Planned Unit Development Overlay District located southwest of 72nd and Seward Streets, to approve the Development Plan.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the ACI-3 – Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 10805, 10815, and 10825 Old Mill Road.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the ACI–Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 8505 North 30th Street.
An ordinance to rezone property located southeast of 210th Avenue and I Street from R5 – Urban Family Residential District to R6 – Low-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.
An ordinance to approve a PUD – Planned Unit Development Overlay District, located southeast of 210th Avenue and I Street, to approve the Development Plan.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 2505 North 24th Street from LI – Limited Industrial District to NBD – Neighborhood Business District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the ACI – Areas of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 2505 North 24th Street.
