LAYOVER CASE:

Waiver of Section 55-716, 55-717, & 55-734 – Variance to the minimum bufferyard requirement between AG and GI from 60’ to 0’, to the screening requirement, and to the required off-street parking stalls from 4,470 to 761 to allow for a data center; Northwest of State St. and Blair High Rd. 

NEW CASES:

Waiver of Section 55-786(e)(3) – Variance to the residential fence regulations to allow a 6’ tall, privacy fence within the street side yard setback; 15708 Dewey Ave.

Waiver of Section 55-786(e)(3) – Variance to the residential fence regulations to allow a 6’ tall, privacy fence within the street side yard setback; 507 S. 158th St.

Waiver of Section 55-740(e) – Variance to the hard-surface driveway requirement to allow a gravel driveway to a new, detached garage; 7901 N. 216th St.

Waiver of Section 55-186 – Variance to the interior side yard setback from 5’ to 4’ to allow for the construction of a second-story home addition; 4901 Vinton St.

Waiver of Section 55-742(b) – Variance to allow required off-street parking in the front yard setback for a Single-family residential (detached) use to allow a previously converted, attached garage into a living space to remain; 3207 S. 39th St.

Waiver of Section 55-206 & 55-742(b) – Variance to the front yard setback from 25’ to 8’ and 6.3’; to the rear yard setback from 25’ to 21.2’ and 10’; and to allow required off-street parking in the front yard setback for a Single-family residential (attached) use in order to split the site into two lots; 3066 & 3068 Belvedere Blvd.

Waiver of Section 55-836 – Variance to the maximum sign budget from 0 sq. ft. to 260 sq. ft. to allow for the proposed signage plan for an existing office building; 920 S. 107th Ave.

Waiver of Section 55-126 & 55-782(b)(2) – Variance to the interior side yard setback from 25’ to 12.3’; to the rear yard setback for a patio with no structural elements above two feet from ground level from 25’ to 7.57’; and to the maximum impervious coverage from 30% to 50.7% to allow for the construction of a new pool house and patio area; 13506 Paul Cir.

Waiver of Section 55-740 – Variance to the minimum required perimeter parking lot landscaping depth from 10’ to 3’ to allow modifications to the parking layout of the site in order to meet fire code requirements; 5701 S. 85th Cir. & 5639, 5723, 5802, 5805 & 5810 S. 86th Cir.

Waiver of Section 55-782(b)(6) – Variance to the accessory structure setback from 3’ to 2’ 8” to allow for an addition to an existing, detached garage; 3117 S. 32nd Ave.

Waiver of Section 55-740 – Variance to the minimum required perimeter parking lot landscaping from 10’ and 5’ to 2’ and 0’ and to the minimum required drive aisle width from 24’ to 22’ to allow for the construction of a new parking lot; 3819 N. 24th St.

NOTICE

The members of the Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission will convene a special meeting at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 12, 2023, in the Legislative Chamber, Room LC-4, in the Omaha-Douglas Civic, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska and via Zoom.  An agenda for said meeting, kept continually current, is available for public inspection in the Office of the Administrator, Civic Center Suite 1205, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska, but the Commission shall have the right to modify the agenda at said meeting when convened.  If a signer is needed, please call our office at least five days prior to the meeting.
