LAYOVER CASE:

Waiver of Section 55-166 – Variance to the rear yard setback from 25’ to 16’ to allow for the replacement and extension of an existing deck; 712 South 156th Avenue Circle

NEW CASES:

Waiver of Section 55-935(d)(6) – Variance to the permitted sign type to allow content other than the identification of the commercial business in the ACI-Areas of Civic Importance Overlay District; 3555 Farnam Street

Waiver of Section 55-836 – Variance to the total allowed sign budget in the CC District from 258 sq. ft. to 365 sq. ft. to allow for a revised signage plan; 20330 Veterans Drive

Waiver of Sections 55-246 and 55-716 – Variance to the minimum bufferyard requirement between the R7 and R4 district from 30’ to 6’ 8” and to the street side yard setback from 15’ to 6’ 8” and 2’ to allow for the construction of five new single-family homes; 2115 North 25th Street, 2411 Burdette Street and 2430 Patrick Avenue

Waiver of Sections 55-734 and 55-716 – Variance to the required number of off-street parking stalls from 13 to 9; to allow stalls to block the overhead garage doors and to the minimum bufferyard requirement between the GC and R4(35) districts from 30’ to 7’ to allow for the renovation of an existing commercial building; 811 South 48th Street

Waiver of Sections 55-206 and 55-207(b) – Variance to the minimum lot size and minimum site area per unit from 3,000 sq. ft. to 2,475 sq. ft. and 2,371 sq. ft.; and to the minimum lot width from 30’ to 25’ to allow for single-family residential (attached) housing; 4628 Capitol Avenue

Waiver of Sections 55-767(c) & 55-742(b) – Variance to the home occupation regulations to allow non-resident employees and to allow required off-street parking in the front yard setback for a Single family residential (detached) use; 18719 Cinnamon Street

Waiver of Sections 55-715 & 55-716 – Variance to the required bufferyard between R6 and AG from 30’ to 10’ and 7’ and to the minimum street yard landscaping depth from 15’ to 10’; Southeast of HWS Cleveland Boulevard and Bondesson Street

NOTE:  All requests for sign language interpreters (signers) will require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice.  If necessary, contact the Board Secretary at (402) 444-5150 x2061.
