PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on May 25, 2021, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Attitude on Food, Inc., dba “Café Postale”, located at 950 South 10th Street.

Class “CK” Liquor License for Barrels & Bouchons, LLC, dba “Wine 121”, located at 12100 West Center Road, Suite 905.

Class “C” Liquor License for Fields, Inc., dba “G’s Pub”, located at 5051 South 108th Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for Marylebone Pub, LLC, dba “Marylebone Pub”, located at 3710 Leavenworth Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for T O 5, LLC, dba “T O 5”, located at 7515 Pacific Street, Suite A.

Class “I” Liquor License for Elkhorn Nail & Spa, LLC, dba “Top Q Nails & Spa”, located at 1529 South 203rd Street, Suite 204.

Class “I” Liquor License for Hall 31, LLC, dba “Hall 31”, located at 3602 South 31st Street.

Class “K” Liquor License for JKE Hospitality, LLC, dba “Javi’s Taco”, located at 2559 South 171st Court, Bay 2559.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
