NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on June 9, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District located at 4647 Dodge Street, to approve the Development Plan.

Anyone interested in these matters should be in attendance.
