PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on May 18, 2021, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

 

An ordinance to rezone property located southeast of 168th Street and Military Road from AG-Agricultural District to DR-Development Reserve District.

 

An ordinance to rezone property located southeast of 168th Street and Military Road from AG-Agricultural District to R5-Urban Family Residential District.

 

Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted entitled Copper Creek Replat One, a minor plat located outside the city limits, located southeast of 168th Street and Military Road, is hereby accepted; and, the existing plat entitled Copper Creek and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.

 

Res. that, the Amendment to the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, CC Military, LLC, The Copper Creek Home Owners Association, and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 588 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is known as Copper Creek Replat One (Lots 1-3 and Outlots A-B) and is located southeast of 168th Street and Military Road.

 

An ordinance to repeal the PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District in a NBD-Neighborhood Business District (property is also located within an ACI-1(PL)-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District) for property located at 501 South 38th Street.

 

An ordinance to approve a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District in a R6-Low-Density Multiple-Family Residential District (property is also located within an ACI-1(PL)-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District), for property located at 501 South 38th Street, to approve the Development Plan.

 

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Blackstone, a minor plat inside city limits, with a waiver of Section 53-4(a), Lot Depth, located 501 South 38th Street, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

 

Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Blackstone, a minor plat inside city limits, located at 501 South 38th Street, is hereby approved, and concurrently portions of the existing plat entitled West Omaha, and described on said replat, are hereby vacated.

 

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Noddle Homes 2 LLC, and The Blackstone Owners Association, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Blackstone (Lots 1-6) and is located at 501 South 38th Street.
