Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Omaha met on August 2, 2022 and passed and approved the following ordinances:
ORDINANCE NO. 43035
AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing ce11ain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located northeast of 216th and Fort Streets from AG-Agricultural District to DR-Development Reserve District.
Summary: The official zoning map adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code so that: Outlots M through U, Vistancia, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, are hereby rezoned from AG-Agricultural District to DR-Development Reserve District.

ORDINANCE NO. 43036

AN ORDINANCE to approve a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District located at 3902 Dodge Street, to approve the Development Plan, and to provide for an effective date.
Summary: In accordance with Sections 55-595 through 55-600 of the Omaha Municipal Code, a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District and the Development Plan, attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved, for the following described land in Douglas County, Nebraska: Lot 1, The View on 39th, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Douglas County, Nebraska, are hereby rezoned to be included in and incorporated into the PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District; provided, that the base zoning district for such property shall not be changed by this ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE to accept the bid of Midwest Maintenance Co., Inc. in the annual amount of $65,500.56, involving appropriations of more than one year as provided in 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter, to provide janitorial services at the Public Safety Training Center for a three-year period, with two additional one-year options held by the City; to authorize the Finance Department to make payments from a specified account to Midwest Maintenance Co., Inc. for the cost of janitorial services in accordance with the specifications; and to provide an effective date.

NOTICE TO PUBLIC
The Omaha Streetcar Authority will have a Meeting at 1:30 P.M. on Monday, August 15, 2022, in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street in Omaha, Nebraska, for the purpose of discussing the agenda items and briefing and discussion of public business. This meeting will have video conference capability. Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Attorney, but the Authority shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened. The video conference details and an agenda for the meeting is posted on the City of Omaha website at www.cityofomaha.org/total-mobility-system.
