NOTICE OF MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Councilmembers of the City of Omaha will meet on August 3, 2021 at 6:30 PM in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, in Omaha, Nebraska.  The purpose of this meeting is to hold a public hearing for the 2022 proposed budget. The proposed agenda, kept continually current, shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Clerk, but the Council shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on August 10, 2021, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Long Form application for a Class “C” Liquor License held by Fama, LLC, dba “Azul Sports Bar” located at 5132 “L” Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for High Life Pacific, LLC, dba “Good Life Sports Bar & Grill”, located at 1203 South 180th Street.

Class “I” Liquor License for Pepperjax Development, LLC, dba “Pepperjax Grill”, located at 510 South 72nd Street.

 Class “D” Liquor License for Shahmeer Petroleum, LLC, dba “NP Mart 11”, located at 3536 “Q” Street

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.

OMAHA HOUSING AUTHORITY

Request for Proposals

Resident Relocation Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (hereinafter ‘OHA’) requires a firm specializing in Resident Relocation Services providers to provide resident relocation and coordination services at Spencer Homes and Southside Terrace. The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) Procurement & Capital Improvements Department will accept hand-delivered proposals until day, date, and time. (location)

OHA is planning redevelopment and/or disposition of multiple public housing sites in the City of Omaha.  These redevelopments could include Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD), Section 18 Disposition, Low Income Housing Tax Credits and other housing programs. 

RFP packets will be available on Tuesday July 27, 2021, at 2:00 P.M.
