TIF loan proceeds will be used to offset eligible expenses such as acquisition, demolition, site preparation, architectural and engineering costs and other public improvements as required. The total estimated project costs are $6,304,081.00, but are subject to change as final costs come in.

A copy of said plan is available for public inspection in the City Clerk’s Office.
