PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on August 16, 2022, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Anna’s Place, LLC, dba “Anna’s Place”, located at 1802 Dodge Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for Early Bird, LLC, dba “Early Bird”, located at 10730 Pacific Street, Suite 108.

Class “C” Liquor License for Vanoce, LLC, dba “Rudy’s Bar”, located at 8503 Maple Street.

Class “I” Liquor License for Omaha Performing Arts Society, dba “Steelhouse Omaha”, located at 1100 Dodge Street.

Class “IK” Liquor License for VI OPCO, LLC, dba “Village Inn 110801”, located at 3839 North 138th Street.

Class “D” Liquor License for Casey’s Retail Company, dba “Caseys #3973”, located at 14344 Fort Street.

Class “D” Liquor License for Redmond Grocery, LLC, dba “Redmond Grocery”, located at 4205 Redman Avenue.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.

NOTICE OF MEETING

The City of Omaha Public Art Commission will have a regular monthly meeting at 4:00 p.m. on: 

Wednesday, August 10th, 2022 at the Dewey Recreation Center, 550 Turner Boulevard, Omaha, NE  68105.

Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the Parks, Recreation, and Public Property Department or on the Mayors website, https://mayors-office.cityofomaha.org/. The Board shall have the right to modify the agenda at said public meeting when convened.
