PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on September 30, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located at 3908 Chicago Street from R3-Single-Family Residential District (Medium-Density) to R5-Urban Family Residential District.

An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the ACI-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 1125, 1121, 1115, 1111 North 18th Street and 1726 Nicholas Street.

An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District located at 3315 South 70th Street, to approve the Development Plan.

An ordinance to approve an amendment to the City of Omaha’s Master Plan, to incorporate the new Parks and Recreation Comprehensive Master Plan.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on September 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of a Big Red satellite keno agreement between EHPV Lottery Services, LLC and:

Ryano LLC, dba “Turf Club”, located at 2404 S 60th Street.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
