PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on September 28, 2021, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Bull Moose, LLC, dba “Bull Moose”, located at 3548 Center Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for Pacific Enterprises, Inc., dba “Clubhouse Lounge”, located at 3936 North 90th Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for Sidecar Cider, LLC, dba “Saro Cider”, located at 1012 South 10th Street.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.

Retirement Plan Consultant Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha (the “Authority”) seeks proposals from a highly qualified, experienced firm who possesses the expertise to perform a full range of services related to the design, implementation, improvement, and communication of the group retirement program as well as the education of participants. The firm must be able to demonstrate that they hold the qualifications, expertise, financial resources, and management capability to successfully perform the required services and will provide the best opportunity for the fund to maximize performance and benefit plan participants.
