NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Omaha will meet on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 8:30 A.M. in the 1st Floor Conference Room at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska. The meeting will be open to the public. An agenda for such meeting, kept continually current, is available for public inspection at the office of said Board of Commissioners, 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, Nebraska, during normal business hours. Conditional Use Permits

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on October 6, 2020, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Sanus Fieri, LLC, dba “Coolgreens”, located at 8990 West Center Road, Suite 170.

Class “D” Liquor License for Kathmandu Bar, LLC, dba “Liquor Store”, located at 5402 North 90th Street, Suite 5450.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
