Sealed proposals are invited and will be received on or before the closing date/time.  Bidding documents may be found on the Douglas County Ionwave electronic bidding website: douglascountypurchasing.ionwave.net. 

Douglas County requires all bidders to submit their bids electronically.  Each respondent is responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure their submission is received and complete by the listed closing date and time.  The County is not responsible for technical difficulties and will not allow late submissions due to the same.

Proposals will be opened and read by the City Clerk on the closing date/time before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC 4, Omaha Douglas Civic Center.

Douglas County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

The City of Omaha was awarded funds from the Federal Highway Administration from the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant program in 2024. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to solicit qualifications from consulting firms to provide services for the City of Omaha 2024 SS4A Crash Data Management.
