NOTICE OF HEARING TO AMEND THE BUDGET FOR 

CITY OF RALSTON, NE

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, in compliance with the provisions of State Statute Section 13-511, that the governing body will meet on the 7th day of July 2026 at 5:30 pm o’clock at Ralston City Hall for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers relating to amending the budget which was originally adopted on the 16th day of September, 2025. Due to unforeseen circumstances, actual expenditures for the current fiscal year will exceed budgeted expenditures unless the current fiscal year budget of expenditures is revised. See additional monetary requirements below. The budget detail is available at the office of the Clerk during regular business hours.

CITY OF RALSTON

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Ralston City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.  The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the 1st reading of Ordinance No. 1348, an ordinance to adopt an amended budget statement.  Public comments will be accepted.  An agenda will be kept current and available for public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, Nebraska 68127. Written comments should be addressed to the City Clerk at the above address.
