NOTICE OF MEETING

PLANNING COMMISSION

CITY OF VALLEY, NEBRASKA

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the City of Valley Planning Commission will be held on Tuesay, August 18, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. at Valley City Hall. PUBLIC HEARINGS will be held on the following:

1. Howard Kucera, Carol A. Wiggins, Billy Hirschman (Hirschman Holdings, LLC), and Beau Gratton (Giving Ghost, LLC):

· Consideration and approval of applications for change of zoning from C-1 to C-2.

2. Tim Lowndes (TJL Holdings, LLC):

· Consideration and approval of application for change of zoning from C-1 to C-2 for the purpose of rezoning the property for a Bar & Grill.

3. Breakwater LLC:

· Consideration and approval of application for conditional use permit for the purpose of allowing construction of office buildings, warehousing, fleet maintenance, outdoor material storage, concrete, asphalt, soil recycling and tree, mulch processing.

4. Valley Corporation (MLCT Bevington):

· Consideration and approval of application for preliminary plat.

An agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection at Valley City Hall.
