Abatement Services

The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) is seeking Proposals from qualified, licensed and bonded entities to provide abatement of hazardous materials (i.e. asbestos; lead-based paint; etc.) containing microbial contamination, to include but not limited to the appropriate removal, packaging, transportation and disposal of the hazardous materials to an approved dumping facility.

IFB packets will be available on Friday, February 11, 2022, at 2:00 P.M.

There will be a Pre-Proposal Zoom meeting on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. Please send an email to contracts@ohauthority.org for an invitation.

Deadline for all questions pertaining to the Scope of work is Thursday, March 10, 2022.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.

Deadline for Proposal submission is Thursday, March 17, 2022, at 2:00 P.M.

Proposals will be marked: Attn: Murphy Knight – RFP #220210 Hazardous Materials Abatement Services
