NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held before the Douglas County Board of

Adjustment at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026 in the Douglas Room, first floor, 15335 West Maple Road.

1. Trevor Welchert, 24203 Pawnee Rd, Douglas County, NE 68064, Parcel ID 0112240002; request for a variance specific to Article 6.02 A (7) of the Douglas County zoning regulations specifically a waiver of the 60’ front yard setback requirement to provide for the construction of an accessory structure with a 37’ front yard setback.
