Dvorak Law Group, LLC is pleased to welcome Kalen F. Peterson to the firm’s Business and Corporate practice group. Peterson, an Aberdeen, SD native, is a 2021 graduate of the University of the Nebraska College of Law, completing the Business Transactions Program of Concentrated Study.

Peterson’s practice will be primarily concentrated on a broad range of business and corporate matters, including entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, and reviewing and drafting of all types of business contracts. She will also assist clients with respect to the buying, selling, leasing, and developing of real estate. A multi-faceted attorney, Peterson will also support the firm’s Banking/Finance practice by assisting lenders and borrowers in a wide range of commercial lending and finance transactions.
