NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) is preparing its Five Year Capital Improvements Action Plan for 2027-2031. OHA hereby notifies and invites the public to review and comment.The proposed plan will be available beginning on October 25th, 2026 at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE during normal business hours. You may also request this information by emailing contactus@ohauthority.org.

OHA will hold a public hearing at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, December 9th, 2026 at 1823 Harney Street (please check in at reception upon arrival). An accessible entrance is on the south side of the building. Please contact OHA at 402-444-6900 if you require accommodation under the American with Disabilities Act or language interpretation to participate in this public hearing.
