ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

1.  Sealed Qualification Packets addressed to Omaha Public Schools Schoolhouse Planning, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the “OPS Benson West Boiler Replacement-Bid No: 24-004”, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called the “District” will be received in the office of District Purchasing Department, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming St, Omaha, NE 68131, until 2:00 PM, CST, Wednesday, November 8, 2023.  Any bid received after the closing time will not be considered. The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.

There will be mandatory pre-bid meeting held on Friday, October 20, 2023, at 09 :00 AM CST Benson West Elementary School- 6652 Maple St., Omaha, Ne 68104.

2.  Plans and specifications may be examined and are available for purchase at A&D Technical Supply, Omaha NE 68127, 402-592-4950, on or after October 11, 2023.  Plans and specifications may also be examined at the Office of District Operational Services, Division of Buildings & grounds 4041 North 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68134 and are also on file at the following locations:
