QUALIFYING ORGANIZATIONS

Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §77-202.01 notice is hereby given that exemption applications for tax exemption on real and personal property (Form 451 & 451A) for qualifying organizations have been filed with the Sarpy County Assessor.  A listing of the applications from organizations seeking tax exemption, descriptions of the property, and recommendations of the County Assessor are available in the offices of the Sarpy County Assessor 1102 E. 1st St., Papillion, Nebraska and Sarpy County Clerk, 1210 Golden Gate Dr., Papillion, Nebraska.  Subject listing only includes those properties being reviewed for year 2023.

Such applications have been scheduled for hearing before the Sarpy County Board of Equalization on May 23, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. in the County Board Room, Sarpy County Courthouse, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE 68046, hearings will be open to the public.

Meetings, open to the public, will be held consecutively beginning at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at the Sarpy County Courthouse Boardroom.  Agendas are kept continually current and available for inspection at the Sarpy County Clerk/Register of Deeds office and published on our website at sarpy.gov or sarpy.civicweb.net.
