BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

Amendments to the Sarpy County Comprehensive Plan to: a) Change the Future Land Use (Map 12) from Low to Medium Density Residential to Residential Estates; and b) Change the Growth Management Zone (Map 13) from Urban Reserve Zone to Rural Development Zone for a proposed subdivision to be known as Lots 1 – 31 and Outlots A - C, Riverview Estates Addition. Generally located Southeast of Platteview Road and S 63rd Street. Applicant: KSD Partners, LLC, c/o Mitch Scanlan (member).

Rezoning from AG to RE2, and a Preliminary Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 – 31 and Outlots A - C, Riverview Estates Addition being a replat of a tract of land located in Sections 19, 25 and 30, Township 13N, Ranges 12E and 13E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska. Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for the Werner Park – Exterior Painting project. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. June 30, 2026.

Electronic bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. June 30, 2026 in the Purchasing Office of the Sarpy County Administration Building.
