NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, in the County

Boardroom at the Sarpy County Courthouse, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, Nebraska, for the purpose of adding appropriations for the 2026 FY Budget. The STOP fund budget will be increased by $3,000 due to funds received after the budget was adopted. Cash on hand will be the source of revenue. The Planning Papio Watershed Sewer Operations fund budget will be increased by $123,000 due to funds received after the budget was adopted. Cash on hand will be the source of revenue.

Meetings, open to the public, will be held consecutively beginning at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at the Sarpy County Courthouse Boardroom. Agendas are kept continually current and available for inspection at the Sarpy County Clerk/Register of Deeds office and published on our website at sarpy.gov or sarpy.civicweb.net. The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.
