Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 - 7 and Outlots A - C, Novacek Acres, being a platting of the N ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 35, Township 13N, Range 10E, of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, NE. Generally located Southeast of 228th Street and Ruff Road. Applicant: CCR Land LLC
