Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.   A Public Hearing will be held on the following applications:

 

Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 to 4, The Riva at Chalco, being a platting of The NE ¼ of Section 22, T14N, R11E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska, except that portion conveyed to the United States of America recorded in Deed Book 149 at page 1607, and except that portion conveyed to Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District recorded in Inst.
