RE: C-5666/CPF1   In the Matter of the Joint Application of Charter Communications, Inc., Stamford, Connecticut, and Cox Enterprises, Inc., Cox Communications, Inc., Cox Nebraska Telcom, LLC, and Unite Private networks, LLC, Atlanta, Georgia, seeking approval of an indirect transfer of control and seeking to transfer control of previously awarded Capital Projects Fund awards.
