NEBRASKA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

NOTICE

     The 911 Service System Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at 1:00 p.m.

Due to social distancing requirements, space in the hearing room will be limited.  Those wishing to attend electronically may do so by following the directions on the State 9ll Department Meeting/Hearing Information page .  Those wishing to attend anonymously may use “anonymous” for their name and “a@b.com“ for their email address.  To attend by telephone, dial 415-655-0003, then enter 929 828 733 when prompted for an access code. The agenda for this meeting will be available for public inspection the day before the meeting on the Commission’s website at the following link:  http://tiny.cc/911agenda

If auxiliary aids or reasonable accommodations are needed for attendance at a Commission

meeting, please call the Commission at 402-471-3101. For people with hearing/speech impairments, please call the Nebraska Relay System at 800-833-7352 (TDD) or 800-833-0920 (Voice). Advance notice of at least seven days is needed when requesting an interpreter.

The following applications(s) may be inspected at the office of the Commission during regular business hours.  Protests must be filed with the Nebraska Public Service Commission and the Applicant in the manner and within the time prescribed in Section 14 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure.

BR-601/LR-360/B-2014: In the Matter of TAA, LLC d/b/a BIG Premier Limousine, Grand Island, seeking to establish its rates and charges subject to the Provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. Chapter 75, Articles 1 and 3.

Protests must be filed with the Nebraska Public Service Commission and the Applicant in the manner and within the time prescribed in Section 14 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure.

MT-0002/PI-235: In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own motion, seeking to investigate and implement changes to motor carrier regulation resulting from the passage of LB 461 [2020].

B-1343: In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own motion, to Denver Coach, Inc., Scottsbluff, to show cause why the Commission should not revoke its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity.

B-1794: In the Matter of the Application of Big O’s Party Bus, LLC, Columbus, seeking authority as a common carrier in Nebraska intrastate commerce in the Transportation of passengers by bus in charter and special party statewide in Nebraska over irregular routes. RESTRICTION: The transportation of railroad train crews and their baggage is not authorized. HHS Designation: No.
