NEBRASKA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

The following applications(s) may be inspected at the office of the Commission during regular business hours.  Protests must be filed with the Nebraska Public Service Commission and the Applicant in the manner and within the time prescribed in Section 14 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure.

B-1582.03r: In the Matter of Action Taxi & Limo, Inc., Sioux City, Iowa, seeking to establish its rates and charges subject to the Provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. Chapter 75, Articles 1 and 3. This Order was granted on an emergency basis.

B-1902.03r: In the Matter of the Application of AA Cabbies, Inc., d/b/a Siouxland Taxi, Sioux City, Iowa, seeking to establish its rates and charges subject to the Provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. Chapter 75, Articles 1 and 3. This Order was granted on an emergency basis.

NOTICE OF IN-PERSON MEETING

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

RE: Application No. NG-118   In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, seeking to open a docket to review proposed cleanup and updates to Title 291, Chapter 9, Natural Gas and Oil Pipeline Rules and Regulations.

Interested persons are hereby notified that the workshop on the above-captioned application is set for February 8, 2023, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska and via videoconference, available at http://psc.nebraska.gov/stream.

If auxiliary aids or reasonable accommodations are needed for attendance at the workshop, or if any party would like to participate telephonically, please notify the Commission at least seven days prior to the workshop. Remote access to the meeting will be available to the public at: http://psc.nebraska.gov/stream. Individuals may also attend the meeting by telephone: dial 408-418-9388, then enter 146 273 5624 when prompted for an access code.

The agendas will be available for public inspection at the Commission no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day before the meeting. The agendas will also be available on the Commission’s Calendar webpage at http://psc.nebraska.gov/calendar.

The Nebraska Department of Transportation will receive sealed bids in Room 104 of the Central Office Building at 1500 Hwy. 2 in Lincoln, until 1:30 PM on December 15, 2022. At that time the bids will be opened and read.
