NOTICE OF IN-PERSON HEARING
Application No. NUSF-4: In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, seeking to determine the level of the fund necessary to carry out the Nebraska Telecommunications Universal Service Fund Act, to be effective for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024:
All persons interested in the above-referenced application are hereby notified that the matter has been scheduled for public hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 1:30 p.m., Central Time, in the Nebraska Public Service Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 “N” Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.
Remote access to the meeting will be available to the public via WebEx at the following link: http://psc.nebraska.gov/stream. Individuals may also attend the meeting by telephone: dial 469-210-7159, then enter 146 153 5285 when prompted for an access code.
The purpose of said hearing is to determine the level of the NUSF surcharge necessary to carry out the requirements of the Nebraska Universal Service Fund Act for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024.
