NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

RE:  Application No. NG-109  In the Matter of the Application of Black Hills Nebraska Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy, Rapid City, South Dakota, seeking approval of a general rate increase.

Interested persons are hereby notified that the public hearing on the above-captioned application is set for Monday, October 26 through Friday, October 30, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. daily in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.  Access to the hearing via webconference will be made available at https://psc.nebraska.gov/

Docket No. NUSF-99.128: In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own Motion, to administer the Universal Service Fund High-Cost Program:  United Telephone Company of the West d/b/a CenturyLink’s Broadband Grant Request

On July 10, 2020, United Telephone Company of the West d/b/a CenturyLink submitted for Commission approval, one (1) broadband deployment project in the Minatare 14FSAIs, Nebraska area.  A list of the census blocks CenturyLink intends to serve is available at https://psc.nebraska.gov/telecommunications/nusf-99-applications    Providers now have 30 days or, until August 12, 2020, to indicate they already serve the identified census blocks and should notify CenturyLink and the Commission that they currently offer broadband service at speeds of 10 Mbps downstream and 1 Mbps upstream or higher in the identified census blocks.
