PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on September 24, 2019, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Pacific Grove (formerly PACIFIC HILL), a subdivision located inside the city limits, with a waiver to Section 53- 8(4a), Lot depth, located at 1018 South 90th Street, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized. The applicant is Pacific 90, LLC
An ordinance to approve a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District in a R7-Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential District located at 1301 South 12th Street, to approve the Development Plan, and to provide for an effective date
Res. that the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled South Hill Addition, located at 1301 South 12th Street, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled Kountze 3rd Addition, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated. The applicant is Clarity Development Company
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, 1234 South 10th LLC, and the South Hill Addition Home Owners Association, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. An ordinance to approve a Mixed Use District Development Agreement for property located southwest of 180th Street and West Maple Road between the City of Omaha and 180 Maple LLC, providing site development standards; and to provide for an effective date
Res. that the revised Preliminary Plat entitled Antler View East, located southwest of 180th Street and West Maple Road, along with the attached conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized. The applicant is 180 Maple, LLC
Res. that the Final Plat entitled Antler View East (Lots 1-11 and Outlots A-E), located southwest of 180th Street and West Maple Road, is hereby approved and accepted. That the replat transmitted herewith entitled Antler View East (Lots 1-11 and Outlots A-E), located southwest of 180th Street and West Maple Road, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled Spruce 180, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated. The applicant is 180 Maple, LLC
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, 180 Maple, LLC, Spruce 180, LLC, Antler View East Owner’s Association, and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 569 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Antler View East (Lots 1-11 and Outlots A-E) and is located southwest of 180th Street and West Maple Road
