Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, a meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Bennington will be held at 6:00 p.m. The agenda, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours. As part of the meeting, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held for the purpose of:

2026 City of Bennington Prairie Ridge Blight Study and Declaration of the Blight Study Area within the City of Bennington’s corporate limits as substandard and blighted pursuant to the Nebraska Community Development Law, said Blight Study Area being:

Lot 1 of Bennington Park Plaza, a Subdivision located in the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of S10, T16N, R11E of the 6th P.M., City of Bennington, Douglas County, Nebraska, which is being platted as the Prairie Ridge Subdivision.

A map showing the area involved in the Blight Study is published herewith.

The map and the 2026 City of Bennington Prairie Ridge Blight Study are available at the Bennington City Office, 15505 Warehouse Street, Bennington, Nebraska and on the City of Bennington’s website www.benningtonne.com.
