Redevelopment Project Plan.

Applicant/Developer:

Phillip McClain/The Mensch Group, LLC

Location:

2415 Florence Boulevard

The Conestoga Collection Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Project Plan shall be amended to designate the redevelopment project site as 2415 Florence Boulevard. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect, including the provision for the division of ad valorem taxes as authorized by Section 18-2147 through 18-2150, Revised Statutes of Nebraska. TIF loan proceeds will be used to offset eligible expenses such as acquisition, site excavation, architectural and engineering costs, and other public improvements as required. The total estimated project costs are $1,684,100.00, but are subject to change as final costs come in.

A copy of said plan is available for public inspection in the City Clerk’s Office.
