NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Ralston, Nebraska, will be held at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 in the Council Chambers at Ralston City Hall, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, NE.  An agenda, which is kept continuously current is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Ralston, Nebraska is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for the removal and replacement of existing windows at two municipal facilities: City Hall and the Baright Public Library. The goal of this project is to improve building energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and overall building performance through the installation of modern, high-efficiency window systems. Ralston City Hall is Located at 5500 S 77th St as well as the Baright Public Library located at 5555 S 77th Street.

Interested contractors must attend a pre-bid meeting on February 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Ralston City Hall, 5500 S 77th Street, Ralston, NE to review the scope of work, City requirements and ask questions.

Contractors shall provide to the City of Ralston 3 hard-copies and one digital copy of their response to this Request for Proposals.  Responses shall be received by the City of Ralston until February 20, 2026 at 1:00 PM at City Hall, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, NE 68127. Submissions received after this time shall be disqualified.

The City of Ralston reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this RFP.
