NOTICE TO PUBLIC
 
The City Council of the City of Omaha will have a Pre-Council Meeting at 10:30 A.M. in the Conference Room, LC-1, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, for the purpose of discussing the agenda items and briefing and discussion of public business; and a regular Council Meeting at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center in Omaha, Nebraska.  Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Clerk, but the Council shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on June 25, 2019, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
 
An ordinance vacating the east/west alley adjacent to Lots 2-9, Hillcrest Addition and the north/south alley adjacent to Lot 6, Hillcrest Addition and Lot 2, Jones Street Addition as well as the north/south alley adjacent to Lots 1, 2, 9 and 10, Hillcrest Addition (abutting 2210, 2230, 2235 and 2236 Jones Street, 2235 St. Mary’s Avenue and 603 and 613 South 24th Street); providing for the reversion or transfer of the same
 
An ordinance to approve a contract between the City of Omaha and Westside Community Schools for the City to provide, through its assignment, one uniformed police officer and marked police car to the premises of Westside High School located at 87th and Pacific Street, and Westside Middle School located at 8601 Arbor Street, involving appropriations of more than one fiscal year in conformity with Section 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter, to perform police work at the District property each day that school is in session during the regular school year, not to exceed a 7.5 hour school day, from August 14, 2019 and ending at the close of the 2021-2022 school year. (The reimbursement payment from the Westside Community Schools to the City for Year 2019-2020 will begin at $163,264.92 and will not exceed $168,162.80; for Year 2020- 2021 will be $168,162.80; and for Year 2021-2022 will be $168,162.80.)
 
An ordinance to approve a contract between the City of Omaha and the Millard Public Schools for the City to provide, through its assignment, one uniformed police officer and a marked police car to the premises of Millard North High School located at 1010 South 144th Street, Millard South High School located at 14905 “Q” Street, and Millard West High School located at 5710 South 176th Avenue; involving appropriations of more than one fiscal year in conformity with Section 5.17 of the Home Rule Charter, to perform police work at the District property each day that school is in session during the regular school year, not to exceed a 7.5 hour school day, from August 14, 2019 and ending at the close of the 2021-2022 school year. (The reimbursement payment from the Millard Public Schools to the City for Year 2019-2020 will begin at $244,897.38 and will not exceed $252,244.20; for Year 2020-2021 will be $252,244.20; and for Year 2021-2022 will be $252,244.20.)
 
An ordinance to amend Section 23-177 of the Omaha Municipal Code by changing the title of the class specifications entitled Parking Manager to Parking and Mobility Manager with no change in salary range; to repeal Section 23-177 as heretofore existing
 
An ordinance to amend Section 23-177 of the Omaha Municipal Code concerning employment classifications by adding the employment classification entitled Assistant Parking and Mobility Manager with a salary range of 23.1 MC ($76,807 to $93,972); to repeal Section 23-177 as heretofore existing
 
An ordinance extending the limits of the City of Omaha over certain land in Douglas County, Nebraska, and incorporating the same into and making the same a part of the City of Omaha and to provide the effective date hereof, located south of 214th Street and Pacific Street, Ranch View Estates (SID 467), Ranch View Estates 3 (SID 556), and Adjacent Area
 
An ordinance extending the limits of the City of Omaha over certain land in Douglas County, Nebraska, and incorporating the same into and making the same a part of the City of Omaha located northwest of 168th Street and Blondo Street, The Willows (SID 496) and Adjacent Area
 
An ordinance extending the limits of the City of Omaha over certain land in Douglas County, Nebraska, and incorporating the same into and making the same a part of the City of Omaha, southwest of 156th Street and Fort Street, Stone Creek Plaza (SID 443)
