RE: C-5687             In the Matter of the Joint Application of Anacoco Capital Partners, LLC, Wayne, Pennsylvania, and ABC Parent Holdings LP, Overland Park, KS, seeking approval of a transfer of control of American Broadband Holding Company and its wholly owned subsidiaries in Nebraska, including Arlington Telephone Company, Blair Telephone Company, Eastern Nebraska Telephone Company, Rock County Telephone Company, and HunTel Cablevision Inc., each doing business as Fastwyre Broadband.
