PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on July 1, 2025 at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Franz Hospitality, LLC, dba “Dundee Place”, located at 7024 Maple Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for OXUS Hospitality Group, LLC, dba “MAZZA”, located at 220 South 31st Avenue, Suite 3101.

Class “C” Liquor License for Ryano, LLC, dba “Turf Club”, located at 2404 South 60th Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for Shallow Pocket Investments, LLC, dba “The Bohemian”, located at 1406 South 13th Street.

Class “D” Liquor License for Namaste Bazaar, LLC, dba “Namaste Bazaar”, located at 5474 North 90th Street.

Class “D” Liquor License for TFL, Inc., dba “Mega Saver”, located at 14353 “Q” Street.

Class “K” Liquor License for Rocco’s, Inc., dba “Rocco’s Pizza & Cantina”, located at 1302 Mike Fahey Street.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
