NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission, Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska will receive sealed proposals until 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 2, 2021, for the Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission Space Master Plan, in the Omaha-Douglas Civic Center/Hall of Justice Complex, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183.  Specifications may be obtained by emailing mary.hudson@odpbc.org  or call 402-444-5345. To reach the 12th floor of the Civic Center, take any Civic Center elevator to the 11th floor and the steps up to 12 or have the security guard at the Kiosk on Farnam Level call the one elevator that goes to the 12th floor. The Building Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals Bids will be publicly opened at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 2, 2021.  A committee will review and evaluate all bids and may make recommendations to award the contract at the next meeting of the Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission, which is scheduled for Thursday, August 12, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. Please use a sealed envelope in submitting your proposal and mark same ‘Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission Space Master Plan’ for 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 2, 2021. The members of the Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission will convene a special meeting at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 10, 2021, in the Legislative Chamber, Room LC-4, in the Omaha-Douglas Civic, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska and via Zoom.  An agenda for said meeting, kept continually current, is available for public inspection in the Office of the Administrator, Civic Center Suite 1205, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska, but the Commission shall have the right to modify the agenda at said meeting when convened.  If a signer is needed, please call our office at least five days prior to the meeting.
