Request for Letters of Interest
The City of Ralston is seeking letters of interest from prospective qualified consultants to conduct Sanitary Sewer rate studies within the City of Ralston Wastewater Service Area.
Letters of interest will be received Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, local time, except holidays, from May 20, 2021 until 3:00 PM on June 21, 2021. Letters of interest shall be clearly marked “Letter of Interest-Sewer Rate Study-City of Ralston, Nebraska.”
Submit one (1) original and six (6) copies of the letter of interest including attachments in a sealed envelope marked as noted above.

Letters of Interest not addressed and delivered to the above person will not be considered. Letters of Interest received after the above stated time and date will not be considered.
The City will not be liable for costs incurred by consultants for letter of interest preparation, printing, demonstration, or any other costs associated with or incurred in reliance on letter of interest creation. All such costs shall be the responsibility of the consultant.

INVITATION TO BID
CITY OF RALSTON
Sealed Proposals for the construction of “2021 Ralston Street Patching,” JEO Project No. 181714, will be received by the City Clerk at 5500 S 77th Street, Ralston, NE 68127 until 1:00 p.m. on the 8th day of June, 2021 and thereafter be read aloud.
The work is generally described as follows: Concrete pavement repairs on various street across the city. Proposed work schedule is for Spring of 2022 but a fall work schedule could be allowed.
Proposals will be taken for said construction work listed above by unit prices, as an aggregate bid each group.
All Proposals for said construction work must be made on blanks furnished by the City and must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit of 5% of the amount bid. Bid Security to be made payable to the Treasurer of the City of Ralston as liquidated damages in case the bid is accepted and the bidder neglects or refuses, to enter into contract and furnish bond in accordance herewith. Bid Securities will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
Copies of the contract documents are on file with the City of Ralston for examination by bidders. A complementary set of bid documents is available via email by requesting them from the city clerk at rrussell@cityofralston.com. A paper set of project documents is available for a non-refundable price of $20.00 per set. Please send your check payable to City of Ralston at 5500 S 77th Street, Ralston, NE 68127. In order to bid the project, the contract documents must be issued directly by the City of Ralston to the bidder.
The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and to make awards on bids which furnish the materials and construction that will, in their opinion serve the best interests of the Owner, and also reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
