To whom it may concern: Report has been made to the County Board of Sarpy County, Nebraska, by the Clerk of the District or County Court of the County, which report shows that there is now and has been for the last six months remaining in the hands of the clerk certain witness fees which have been uncalled for. If the fees are not called for within six months from November 4, 2025, they will be considered as forfeited and will be paid into the common school fund of Sarpy County.

The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

Rezoning from AG to RE1, and Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lot 1 and Outlot A, Buffalo Springs, being a platting of a Tract of Land located in the SW ¼ and the West Half of the SE ¼ of Section 34, T13N, R11E, of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, NE.
