Waiver of Section 55-830 - Variance to the maximum height for a monument sign from 6’ to 6.2’; to the required setback for a monument sign from 12’ to 10.3’; to the maximum square footage per monument sign from 25 sq. ft. to 34 sq. ft.; to the maximum sign budget from 32 sq. ft. to 88 sq. ft.; and to the permitted sign types in the R1 District to install electronic signage not otherwise permitted to allow for a new monument sign to serve an existing church; 925 S. 84th St.
Waiver of Sections 55-146 & 55-734 – Variance to the required number of off-street parking stalls from two to one to allow for the construction of a single-family home and to the required front yard setback from 40’ to 25’ for an existing and new single-family home; 5510 N. 83rd St.
Waiver of Section 55-266 & 55-763(5)(b)(1) – Variance to the minimum lot area from 4,000 sq. ft. to 3,200 sq. ft.; to the front yard setback from 25’ to 16’; to the rear yard setback from 25’ to 11’; and to the required distance an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) must be placed behind the front facing plane of a principle dwelling unit (PDU) from 20’ to 5’ in order to replat the property into one lot and construct a new single-family home and detached ADU; 2710 Howard St.
Waiver of Section 55-87 – Variance to the required rear yard setback from 25’ to 20’, to the maximum building coverage from 5% to 8.6%, and to the maximum impervious coverage from 10% to 14.9% to allow for the construction of a pool house addition to an existing detached garage; 3202 S. 222nd St.
Waiver of Section 55-186 – Variance to the required front yard setback from 35’ to 15’ to allow for the replacement of an existing front porch; 4005 Binney St.
Waiver of Section 55-146 – Variance to the required front yard setback from 40’ to 28’ to allow for the construction of a covered stoop and home addition; 2015 S. 86th Ave.
Waiver of Section 55-716 – Variance to the minimum bufferyard requirement between the GI and DR Districts from 60’ to 50’ to allow for the construction of two warehouse buildings; 7505 N. 101st St.
Waiver of Section 55-823(g) – Variance to the maximum height of a neighborhood identification sign from 5’ to 6.5’ and 7.5’ to allow for the installation of two new neighborhood monument signs; Southeast & Southwest of S. 150th Ave. & Dogwood Ave.
Waiver of Section 55-206 – Variance to the required rear yard setback from 17’ to 5’ to allow for the construction of a new detached garage; 2921 Elm St.
