A pre-bid meeting will be held at Westside High School, 8701 Pacific Street, Omaha, NE on November 19, 2025 at 4 pm.  Meeting is not mandatory, but is highly encouraged as the space will not be made available to bidders outside of the pre-bid walk through.  Attendees shall meet at the security checkpoint at the main entrance.

Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of the printer, and at the following exchanges after Monday, November 10, 2025.

Documents will be available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  All bidders who require digital downloads or hard copies of bid documents shall place an order directly with A & D Technical Supply and shall pay all costs associated with printing and if applicable, all shipping costs.  Only full and complete sets will be printed - partial set orders are not allowed.  Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
