Invitation for Bids (IFB) for
 Security Lighting Upgrades:
The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) is seeking Bids from qualified Contractors for the replacement of approximately 215 existing security lighting fixtures distributed across 51 buildings at Southside Terrace, which is located at 30^th and R Street, Omaha, NE. 
OHA is also seeking bids for the replacement of approximately 100 existing security lighting fixtures distributed across 23 buildings at Spencer Homes, which is located along Spencer Street between 26^th and 30^th, Omaha, NE.  
  Packets will be available on Thursday July 12, 2018 at 2:00 P.M., at the OHA central office at 1805 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the OHA Central Office, located at 1805 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102, on Tuesday July 24, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. A tour of both sites will follow the conference.
Deadline for bid submission is Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
All bids must be sealed and marked Attn: Murphy Knight – Security Lighting IFB
DBE/WBE/MBE participation is encouraged.
