NOTICE OF HEARING

To   All Persons Interested:

NUSF-139:     In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own Motion, to administer the Universal Service Fund High-Cost Program:

All persons interested in the above-referenced application are hereby notified that A Public Hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, in the Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 “N” Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, and via WebEx at https://sonvideo.webex.com/meet/PSCWebex. Voice access will be available by dialing 408-418-9388, Access Code 2485 596 7539#.

If auxiliary aids or reasonable accommodations are needed for attendance at the meeting, please call the Commission at (402) 471-3101.  For people with hearing/speech impairments, please call the Commission at (402) 471-0213 (TDD) or the Nebraska Relay System at (800) 833-7352 (TDD) or (800) 833-0920 (Voice).  Advance notice of at least seven (7) days is needed when requesting an interpreter.

NEBRASKA REAL ESTATE COMMISSION

AMENDED NOTICE OF MEETING

 

A meeting of the Nebraska Real Estate Commission will be held on May 15-16, 2025, in the Telegraph Lofts East Center, 4th Floor Conference Room, located at 200 South 21st St, in Lincoln, Nebraska. The meeting will be convened at 9:00 a.m. on May 15, 2025 and will continue on that date until recessed or adjourned, whichever shall occur first. If recessed, the meeting will reconvene at the same location at 9:00 a.m. on May 16, 2025.

At 10:00 a.m., May 15, 2025, the Commission will hold a public hearing on adoption of proposed amendments to Nebraska Administrative Code, Title 299, Chapters 1 and 5, and Title 301 Chapter 1. The changes provide for specific courses pre-license instruction for salesperson applicants, changes language on certain licensee disclosures related to agent compensation, and corrects and updates certain references in the chapters amended. The regulatory change will have no fiscal impact to the general public and Nebraska Real Estate Licensees or the Nebraska Real Estate Commission. A copy of the proposed regulatory changes are available for public viewing at the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, 301 Centennial Mall South, First Floor, Lincoln, NE.

At times, the Commission may go into closed session during the meeting, as provided for in Neb. Rev. Stat. 84-1410.

An agenda, kept continually, shall be available for inspection at the Nebraska Real Estate Commission office.
