The City Council of the City of Valley, Nebraska will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. An agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection at the principal office of this governing body. The object of the Special Meeting is:

1.  Election of Council President.

2.  Recommendation and consideration of appointment of Matt M. Munderloh, Goosmann Law Firm, as city attorney.

3.  Discussion on process of filling the two vacancies on Council.

4.  Consideration and action of Banking Resolution with First Nebraska Bank regarding city accounts.
