PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The Board of Directors of the Regional Metropolitan Transit Authority of Omaha will hold a regularly scheduled Board meeting on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 8:30 a.m., at the offices of the Transit Authority, 2222 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68102.

The proposed agenda items are: Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting – General Public Comment Period – Administrative Report – L. Cencic – Administrative Reports - Administration/Human Resources – D. Grant - Programs/Operations – K. Pendland - Communications – N. Ebat – Request Approval of the Engine Maintenance Contract – L Rio Lopez - Request Approval of the Assignment of Annexed Property to Regional Metropolitan Transit Authority of Omaha Board District #6 – L. Cencic - Request Approval to Revise theWaiting Period Policy for MOBY Paratransit Service – A. Johnson - Request Approval of Title VI Service Equity Analysis for the Proposed December 2025 Service Changes – A. Johnson - Board Chair Report – C. Simon - Announcement of Date and Time for the Next Board Meeting – Adjournment.

The proposed agenda kept continually current, shall be available for public inspection in the Transit Authority Administrative Building or on the www.ometro.com website.
