Bid bond amount:
$50.00
Sealed bids are invited and will be received on or before the closing date/time. Bidding documents may be found on the Douglas County Ionwave electronic bidding website: douglascountypurchasing.ionwave.net.
The City of Omaha requires all bidders to submit their bids electronically. Each respondent is responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure their submission is received and complete by the listed closing date and time. The City is not responsible for technical difficulties and will not allow late submissions due to the same.
Proposals will be opened and read by the City Clerk on the closing date/time before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC 4, Omaha Douglas Civic Center.
As evidence of good faith and guarantee that a contract will be entered into should an award be made thereon, a bid bond or acceptable substitute must accompany the bid in the amount stated above. Failure to submit a bid bond or acceptable substitutes will be cause for rejection of bid.
The City of Omaha reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, and the bidders shall have the right to appeal any decision to the City Council.
