NOTICE OF MEETING

Ralston’s Baright Public Library Board of Trustees will meet at 6:30 P.M. Wednesday, September 15 at the library, 5555 S 77 St.  An agenda, which is kept continuously current, is available for public inspection.  This meeting will also be available via ZOOM.  More information, including how to access the meeting, will be on the library’s website at ralstonlibrary.org.

Request for Bids for Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus and Accessories

The Ralston Fire Department is requesting sealed bids to provide self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) equipment and accessories for use within the Fire Department to respond to various incidents within the surrounding areas.

Award of the bid is to be funded in part with federal funds through the FY2020 Assistance to Firefighters Grand (AFG).  Funding is contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions of funding award.  All prospective bidders shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, Assistance to Firefighter grants (AFG)/FEMA requirements and the terms and conditions of the funding award.  In addition, bidders providing submittals shall be responsible for complying with state law and local ordinances.

In order to be considered, all bid responses must be submitted in writing no later than 1:00 p.m. on September 21, 2021.  Bidders mailing bid packages should allow delivery time to ensure timely receipt of their bid.  The responsibility for getting the bid response to the Ralston City Clerk on or before the specified time and date is solely and strictly the responsibility of the submitting bidder.  The Ralston Fire Department and the City of Ralston shall in no way be responsible for delays caused by any occurrence.
