Published by Nikki Palmer on Tue, 11/22/2022 - 3:00am

What does it say when, during a time of deep and troubling news on the high number of deaths at the boarding schools used to assimilate D/N/Lakota children, that Gov. Kristi Noem would hire a Christian-school consultant to shape a working committee for new South Dakota social studies standards?

Six descendants of Serranus Clinton Hastings, California’s first chief justice, and a group that says it represents alumni are suing the state of California over its decision to rename a nearly 150-year-old law school. Leading The Way To Cleaner, More Affordable, American-Made Fuel

Published by Nikki Palmer on Wed, 11/16/2022 - 12:00am

There’s no reason why the U.S. should be reliant on authoritarian regimes like Iran, Russia, and Venezuela to supply the fuel we need.  We have more than enough resources to restore our energy independence and bring fuel prices down.  In Nebraska, we’re doing our part to grow biofuels production right here in America’s Heartland.

Embracing ethanol offers several benefits to consumers and communities.

Why Magical Thinking Is So Widespread – A Look At The Psychological Roots Of Common Superstitions

Published by Nikki Palmer on Mon, 11/14/2022 - 4:00am

Growing up in Greece, I spent my summers at my grandparents’ home in a small coastal village in the region of Chalkidiki. As the National Real Estate Market Shifts, Do Smaller Cities Too?

Published by Nikki Palmer on Thu, 11/10/2022 - 3:00am

There’s no doubt that the national real estate market has begun to shift downward. Interest rates continue to rise as the Federal Reserve attempts to stymie inflation and slow spending in the economy. The real estate industry is typically slower to react versus the stock or cryptocurrency markets. Additionally, the real estate market was propped up by demand surges caused by the pandemic from mid-2020 to mid-2022.
